The Needham Track Club is a youth track & field club founded some 30 years ago. Some of our activities include:

- Summer Track -- 2-night per week program for up to 700 children age 3-14
- Cross Country -- Sunday sessions program during August - November for children age 7-14
- Winter Track -- Sunday sessions program during December - March for children age 7-14
- Needham Youth Classic -- major 2-day outdoor track meet (July 20-21, 2012). Largest open youth track meet in the Northeast. Many running and field events. Trophies to all winners. Team trophies awarded. Athlete of the Meet awards.
- Great Bear Run -- Famous road race usually the 2nd or 3rd Sunday in May -- Features 5K, 1M Run, 400, 200, 100, and 26.2 meter races. Also, Prostate Cancer Walk
- Northeast Indoor Classic -- Large youth indoor meet at Reggie Lewis Track and Field Center in Boston
- Needham All-Star Meet -- one night open meet for age 5-14. Trophies to all winners. (this year- 2012 - August 1)
